Angelina Jolie On Red Carpet with Daughter Vivienne

Vivienne Jolie and Angelina Jolie made a rare appearance together on the red carpet at the Broadway play The Outsiders’ premiere on Thursday night.

Jolie was photographed visiting the Bernard B. Jacobs theatre in New York with her 15-year-old daughter, who she has with her ex, Brad Pitt. It was the first red carpet appearance that Vivienne has made since 2021, when she accompanied her mother and siblings to the premiere of Jolie’s Marvel movie, Eternals.

It was Vivienne’s first time on the red carpet since 2021, when she went to the premiere of Angelina Jolie’s Marvel film Eternals with her mother and siblings.

Jolie, 48, looked stunning in a silk dress and bronze cape, accessorizing with a striking red lipstick.

Her daughter, on the other hand, matched her outfit with Justin Levine, the man behind the writing, music, and lyrics for the performance, by donning a blue jumpsuit.

The Oscar-winning actress is producing the new play, with background assistance from her daughter.

Viv is a young artist who focuses her efforts on serving others, Jolie told People magazine while walking the red carpet.

“She has been willing to help wherever she can, and she has picked up a lot of knowledge from Justin Levine and the entire creative team.”

In August of last year, Jolie told Page Six, “Viv reminds me of my mother [actress/producer Marcheline Bertrand] in that she isn’t focused on being the centre of attention but in being a support to other creatives.”

She went on to say, “Vivienne is very thoughtful and serious about theatre and working hard to best understand how to contribute.”

Vivienne has shown interest in carrying on her mother’s legacy on previous occasions. She co-starred with the famous person in Maleficent in 2014.

The Outsiders, which runs until September, is based on a novel by SE Hinton from 1967 about opposing gangs coping with the fallout when one member was killed in Oklahoma in 1964. The book was adapted into a film in 1983 by Francis Ford Coppola.
